Program Manager

Meet Fiorella Marte, our dedicated Program Manager. Originally from Peru, Fiorella is a proud mother of two daughters and has a deep love for animals, especially dogs.

With a background in administration, Fiorella has experience working as an administrative assistant and also holds a Real Estate Realtor license in Massachusetts. She brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role, and we are excited to have her on the team.

Fiorella’s passion for her family, animals, and her work make her a wonderful addition to Apple Tree Learning Center, and we look forward to seeing all the great things she will accomplish with us!

Owner/Infant Lead teacher

Meet Mercedes Bezada, our Infant II Teacher at Apple Tree Learning Center! Originally from Peru, Mercedes has been enriching lives in the USA for over 40 years. With a strong background in early childhood education, she earned her associate degree from Urban College and has dedicated her career to nurturing young minds. Her extensive experience includes working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, with a special focus on creating engaging and supportive environments for infants.

In addition to her role at Apple Tree, Mercedes is the proud owner of Tender Moments Family Daycare in Swampscott and Apple Tree Learning Center. Her commitment to high-quality care and education is evident in the warm, welcoming atmospheres she fosters, helping children grow both emotionally and intellectually.

Outside of her professional life, Mercedes treasures her time with family. She loves traveling and creating lasting memories with her husband, children, and granddaughter. Her dedication, experience, and warm heart make her an invaluable part of our team.

Toddler/Preschool Program coordinator

Meet Rocio Bezada, our dedicated EEC-certified lead teacher and Toddler/Preschool Program Coordinator at Apple Tree Learning Center! With a passion for early childhood education, Rocio is committed to making a positive impact on young children’s lives. She is currently pursuing an associate degree in Early Childhood Education at Urban College of Boston and brings over five years of experience to our team.

Beyond the classroom, Rocio loves reading, exploring nature, and spending quality time with her family. We are grateful to have her as part of our team, helping to shape the bright futures of the children in our care.

Director and Infant Lead teacher

Meet Doris Bezada, our Program Director and Infant Program Lead Teacher at Apple Tree Learning Center! Originally from Peru, Doris has called the USA home for nearly 23 years. With a deep passion for early childhood education, she earned her associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Urban College of Boston and is a certified director and Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher.

Doris brings a wealth of experience to our team, having worked extensively with infants, toddlers, and preschool, with a special expertise in nurturing infants. Her dedication to fostering a loving and enriching learning environment makes her an invaluable leader at Apple Tree.

When she’s not shaping young minds, Doris loves to travel and create cherished memories with her family. Her commitment to early childhood education and her caring nature make her an inspiring educator and a vital part of our preschool community.

Infant Teacher

Meet Ximena, one of our wonderful infant teachers at Apple Tree Learning Center! Originally from Colombia, Ximena is passionate about early childhood education and is currently working toward her degree at North Shore Community College. Her dedication to learning and growing as an educator reflects her commitment to providing the best care and support for our little ones.

Ximena’s warm and nurturing approach helps create a loving and engaging environment where infants can thrive. We are so happy to have her as part of our team, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact she continues to make in our classroom.

Infant Assistant Teacher

Meet Liset, who prefers to be called Lis. Originally from Colombia, she arrived in the United States two years ago and is a proud mother of two wonderful children who inspire her every day.

Lis has had a passion for working with children since she was young. Coming from a family dedicated to childcare, she grew up surrounded by a love for nurturing and educating little ones—following in the footsteps of her grandmother and aunts, who have dedicated their lives to this field.

Thanks to the opportunity at Apple Tree Learning Center, Lis has become a valued member of our team. She is currently in the process of gaining her education in Early Childhood to become a certified Infant Teacher. Her dedication and commitment to growing in this field make her a wonderful addition to our family.

In her free time, Lis loves spending quality time with her family, roller skating, and exploring new places. We are thrilled to have her as part of our team and look forward to seeing her grow.

Toddler Teacher

Meet Cristina , originally from Bogotá, Colombia. Cristina brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her role as the Infant Teacher of the “Hormiguitas” class at Apple Tree Learning Center.

Cristina holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has a strong foundation in pedagogy. She began her professional career in Colombia's financial sector before moving to the United States in 2024. Since then, Cristina has pursued her passion for Early Childhood Education and is currently advancing her studies at Urban College.

As a proud mother to her 22-year-old daughter, Sofia, Cristina understands the importance of nurturing young minds and creating a positive, supportive environment for children. Her care, commitment, and joy shine through in everything she does, making a meaningful impact on the children she teaches.

We are thrilled to have Cristina as part of our team and are excited to see the wonderful contributions she will continue to make to the lives of our little ones.

Toddler Teacher

Meet Gloria, our new Toddler Teacher at Apple Tree Learning Center. Gloria has studied Child Growth and Development and brings experience working with young children. She is trained in early stimulation, pediatric first aid, and positive discipline.

Gloria is passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment for toddlers, using play, music, sensory exploration, and structured routines to help them feel secure and foster their development.

Her dedication to nurturing young minds makes her a wonderful addition to our Team , and we look forward to all the great things she will accomplish with our little ones!

Toddler Assistant Teacher/Floater

Meet Patricia, who is originally from Peru. Patricia is 49 years old and a proud mother of four wonderful children. She studied nursing assistance in Peru, but two years ago, she and her family made the decision to start a new adventure in the United States to build a better future.

Patricia’s experience working with children, along with her perspective as a mother, has greatly contributed to her growth in this field. She is thrilled to be part of the Apple Tree team and has recently started pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education.

Her dedication to learning and improving her skills shows in her commitment to providing excellent care and knowledge to the children she works with. Outside of work, Patricia loves spending quality time with her family. We are delighted to have her as part of our team!
